We have two types of raised doughnut dough that we are very proud of. The secrets of these doughs have been handed down through the generations by gypsy Pandas across Eastern Europe and throughout China.
One of which relies upon the beauty of organic free range egg yolks.
The other relies upon copious amounts of butter and milk.
We do these in rings: chocolate, caramel. vanilla. cinnamon.
Bars: chocolate, caramel, coconut choc. popping candy.
Filled round: caramel coconut, choc custard, jam creamy sugar.
Filled animal: cream and jam- topped your choice
Our doughnuts are fried in locally sourced and made oil, we use Australian sugar, and fair trade coco and chocolate.
