
So, we bake lots of different breads. From lots of different traditions. As a result we can't bake every bread every day. Just too many Pandas die every year trying, so instead we bake a rotating roster of breads. The range is posted online (facebook) and on location. But if you really want something feel free to drop us a line and we'll more than likely be able to rotate your favourites in just for you.
Our bread doughs are mixed in very small batches very slowly. They are left to ferment at ideal temperatures for up to 24 hours before being finally shaped proofed and baked for you to enjoy.
Where to start with bread. This simple combination of ingredients can do so many things in so many shapes. Our range of City Breads are made using a blend of sourdough cultures and preferments. Our sourdough cultures are hand reared and kept in luxurious apartments. Treated gently we use no chemicals, hand moulded and shaped.

Freshness of ingredients is the key to our bread.

Our flour is sourced locally and as organic as we can find.
Get a slice or two toasted with grilled tomato, egg and bacon, vegetable compote or beans. Or French it up, for a tasty healthy? deep fried breakfast treat, dunked in sugar and syrup
Sandwich press options will be posted daily or hourly depending upon sales and availability. Will include favourites like cheese, tomato, ham. BLT. Reubens, haloumi bacon. Check posts for updated selection or order ahead so you don't miss out.
